My Story
Hi I'm Scott Sudale, and I am a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, currently doing my level 2. I started in the industry back in 2009 when I was the S&C Coach for the Falcons, the feeder club for the Geelong Cats. I then moved to Queensland as the S&C Coach for the Gold Coast Suns AFL Academy and then became the Head S&C Coach for the Northern Pride Rugby Club, the feeder Club for the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville.

I played football when I was younger and was always very conscious about training in the gym to help prevent any injuries and this helped immensely on the field, I'm not a big guy but I was able to hold my own against bigger opponents due to the time I spent looking after my strength & conditioning off the field. I got knocked out a couple of times, but I never sustained a serious injury.

I love teaching people proper technique and especially sport specific training. And I love wandering around the gym and seeing people lifting correctly, I am always her to help if anyone needs it, but if you are after personal coaching then hit me up and we can book a time and day to coach you through some S&C training.
