*Please note: Membership suspension is only available if you’ve completed and submitted a Direct Debit form. If we don’t have your form on file, the suspension feature won’t work.

Accessing the Club via the App:
Once you’ve downloaded the App, if the key icon doesn’t appear on your dashboard when you approach the door, please let us know.

If the key icon does appear, simply tap it — it will open the front door access screen. Then just slide to unlock.
