Gladiator 6.0 is a 180 day comprehensive Fitness program if your looking to increase, Strength, Power and Endurance.

Perfect for those wanting to join the Armed Forces, Special Ops or if you just want to get the fittest you have ever been in your life.  By the end of the program if you stick to it, you will be strong, powerful, explosive and the fittest you have ever been.

STRENGTH - PHASE 1
= $15.00

You will gradually increase your resistance with each workout, strength training will improve your force application, which means the more force you can apply in running the higher you can jump and the harder you can hit. Strength training will also give you more power production which therefore improves speed, agility and endurance.








POWER - PHASE 1
= $15.00

Getting Strong is one thing, but becoming powerful is another element in your training. Power is a combination of strength and speed over time. You can build power with weight training, so training for power requires that you perform exercises in which the speed of the exercise movement is relatively high. Including the load and is executed with explosive intent.









ENDURANCE - PHASE 1
= $15.00

Endurance includes moderate weight to maintain strength, also workouts of 20-60mins at a moderate intensity with little to no rest.


 

STRENGTH/POWER - PHASE 2
= 15.00

This will involve both strength exercise such as squat, DL and Bench Press as well as power exercises such as cleans, jerks, presses and high pulls while combining weight resistance cardio.

OVERLOAD
= $12.00

This includes strength exercises at a very high volume, higher intensity and very moderate weight. This will push your endurance and strength to the limits. 1RM testing will take place in this period.
