Jayden has a Cert lll in Fitness Sports & Recreation, AFL & sports coach Strength & conditioning coach Cert lV, Fitness (on-going study) and First Aid.
Jayden has always lived and breathed sports & fitness. 10 years of study, practice & work experience in the field has brought him to where he is today and at MFW he has found his home & decided to make a full time career out of it. With 18 years of experience in competitive sports including playing & coaching football, rugby league, basketball, athletics etc, it's no surprise that Jayden's niche is sport specific training. For the past 6 months Jayden has changed the life of many of his clients & propelled their love of fitness, from everyday people who have never stepped foot in a gym, to local sports people & even those looking to compete in strength competitions or other fields.
